Send the SVG, EPS, AI or PDF and we're away. Engraving is single-tone, so we'll show you how your logo reads without colour before anything gets cut.
If all you have is a low-res jpeg
Very common. We'll redraw it as clean vector artwork. There may be a small charge and we'll tell you before we start. You keep the redrawn file, and it'll be useful well beyond this job.

No. We'll redraw it as proper vector artwork, show you first, and you keep the file afterwards. There may be a small charge, you'll know before we start.
Yes. Send it through and you pay for the design and the engraving only. Worth telling us the brand and finish first so we can check it'll take a mark.
Depends on quantity and whether we're sourcing the items. Give us your deadline in the form and you'll get a straight answer with the quote, including if the answer is no.
Yes. Business orders can be invoiced on approval rather than paid upfront. Just say so when you brief us.
