Returns Policy

Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the unique, custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All items are handmade to order and are considered a final sale.

Before we begin production, we send you an artwork proof for your review and approval. Your final approval of this proof confirms all details, and as such, we are not responsible for any errors that were not corrected at this stage. By approving the artwork, you are committing to the final product.

Damages and Issues (Faulty or Incorrect Items)

We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or incorrect items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return on a faulty or incorrect item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products and personalized items as they are made specifically for you. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return for a faulty or incorrect item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
